Anthropologie dupes: the mirror, matched properly
The Gleaming Primrose mirror is the most-duped thing Anthropologie sells, and it has a genuine Amazon answer in Kate and Laurel's Arendahl range, for a fraction of Anthropologie's own price. The rest of the Anthropologie line is a harder problem, and this page says why.

The short answer
The Primrose is a frame. There is no mechanism, no upholstery and no finish that has to survive daily use — just an ornate gilt arch around glass. That is the easiest kind of object to reproduce cheaply, which is why this one dupes better than almost anything else we cover.
The Gleaming Primrose: Kate and Laurel Arendahl
Anthropologie's Primrose range ran $548 to $1,598 depending on size (anthropologie.com, read 27 August 2026), with the floor mirrors at the top. Kate and Laurel's Arendahl is the same idea — ornate, gilt, arched — across a range of sizes.
What differs, honestly: the Arendahl frame is moulded composite rather than carved, so the relief is a little softer when you stand next to it. In a photograph, and from across a room, they are the same object.

The 6ft floor mirror
The floor mirrors are where the money is — the Gleaming Primrose 6ft is $1,198 and the 7ft is $1,598 (anthropologie.com, read 4 September 2026). It is also the size where the Arendahl range runs out: Kate and Laurel’s full-length tops out well under the Primrose’s scale.
What fills the gap is a cluster of unbranded ornate arched floor mirrors, and the thing to judge them on is where the ornament sits. The Primrose carries its beading around the entire frame. Most of the cheap field is a plain slim arch with a decorative crest stuck on the top, which reads right in a photograph and wrong in a hallway.

The catch worth stating: these are unbranded sellers, on an object that is large, heavy and made of glass. If it arrives damaged there is no brand behind it. Kate and Laurel’s full-length is smaller than the 71″ above and is the one we would buy for that reason alone.

Where we found no honest dupe
- Upholstered furniture — Anthropologie's fabrics and the way its pieces are tufted are the product, and the Amazon field at a fraction of the price gets neither.
- Glassware and dinnerware — plenty of similar shapes, but the colour and the hand-finish are what people are buying and neither is verifiable from a listing.
- Rugs — the patterns are specific enough that a near-copy reads as an imitation rather than an alternative.
